Julian Bavin, President & CEO
 
Mr Bavin has 30 years of  technical, operational and commercial  experience in mineral exploration gained from work in a wide range of commodities, jurisdictions and cultures most of which was spent with the Rio Tinto Group in South America, Australia, Indonesia and Europe. From 2000 to 2001 he was the Business Development Executive for the Industrial Minerals Group in Rio Tinto progressing opportunities in Europe and South America and  from 2001 to 2009 he was the Exploration Director for the Rio Tinto Group in South America and responsible for the the teams which identified the potential in a range of  projects now in various stages of feasibility including the Rio Colorado potash and Altar copper/gold projects in Argentina, the Mina Justa, Constancia and La Granja copper projects in Peru, and the Amargosa bauxite project in Brazil. After South America he moved to London as Rio Tinto's Exploration Director responsible for Africa, Europe, the Middle East and the FSU with a brief that included the Jadar lithium -borates discovery in Serbia (now in feasibility or FS). In 2009 he left Rio Tinto and returned to South America for personal reasons.

Mr Bavin has a Bachelor of Science from the University of Leicester, a Master of Science from Imperial College in London, and is a graduate of the Senior Executive Programme at the London Business School.

Brian Kerzner, Director
 
Mr. Kerzner has over 23 years of experience as a successful entrepreneur in retailing and real estate. Mr. Kerzner is the Founder and President of Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory Canada Inc., which operates retail chocolate stores from coast to coast in Canada. He has also founded several other private companies that have completed extensive residential and commercial developments in Toronto, Phoenix, Whistler and Vancouver. Mr. Kerzner has been extensively involved in providing seed capital for many successful public and private companies in the resource, environmental and technology sectors. Mr. Kerzner is an Honors graduate of the University of Toronto Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) program and was a Director of Norsemont Mining Inc. before its sale to HudBay Minerals. He is also a member of the BC Children's Hospital Circle of Care and is actively involved in many other charitable organizations.

Patrick G. Downey, P. Eng., Director
 
Mr. Downey has been a director of Pan Global Resources Inc. since January 2008. Mr. Downey brings over 25 years of international experience in the resource industry. Mr. Downey was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer of Elgin Mining Inc. in July 2011. Prior to joining Elgin Mining Inc., Mr. Downey held the position of President, Chief Executive Officer and Director of Aura Minerals Inc. Mr. Downey was President, Chief Executive Officer and Director of Viceroy Exploration Ltd. before its acquisition by Yamana Gold Inc. in 2006 for $600 million. Mr. Downey also served as President of Consolidated Trillion Resources Ltd. and Oliver Gold Corporation, where he negotiated their successful merger to form Canico Resource Corp., which was purchased by CVRD in 2006 for over $800 million. He has held numerous senior engineering positions at several large scale gold mining operations and has also held operating positions at several mining projects for Anglo American Corporation in South Africa. Mr. Downey holds a Bachelor of Science (Hon.) degree in Engineering from Queen's University in Belfast, Ireland.

Robert Baxter, Director
 
Mr. Baxter brings over 25 years of experience, principally in Latin America, in the mining industry. Mr. Baxter is the General Manager of Baxter Consultants Engineering, a consulting company located in Peru. From May 2000 to September 2000, he held the position of Business Development Coordinator Americas for North Limited, a senior Australian mining company acquired by Rio Tinto, PLC in October 2000. Also at North Limited, Mr. Baxter held the posts of Regional Geologist, Americas from June 1999 to May 2000 and Regional Manager (Chile/Argentina) from November 1996 to June 1999. Mr. Baxter was previously a Director of Petaquilla Minerals Ltd. and was also a director of Chariot Resources Ltd. which was sold to China Sci Tech, a Hong Kong listed company. Mr Baxter was the Chairman of the Board of Marcobre S.A.C., a 100% fully owned subsidiary of China Sci Tech, until September 2010. He was President, Director and Chief Operating Officer of Norsemont Mining Inc.until March 2011 when the company was acquired by Hudbay Minerals. Mr Baxter is the President and CEO of Prism Resources Inc. Mr. Baxter has a Bachelor of Applied Science (Honours) degree from the University of New South Wales and is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy (FAusIMM).

Patrick Evans, Director
 
Mr. Patrick Evans has been a director of Pan Global Resources Inc. since April 2011. Prior to joining, he held a number of senior mining executive positions, including President and CEO of Norsemont Mining Inc. (acquired by HudBay Minerals), President and CEO of Weda Bay Minerals Inc. (acquired by Eramet S.A.), President and CEO of Southern Platinum Corp. and Messina Limited (acquired by Lonmin Plc), President and CEO of SouthernEra Diamonds Inc. (acquired by Mwana Africa) and Vice President of Placer Dome Inc. Mr. Evans is also the President and CEO of Mountain Province Diamonds Inc. and was a director of Anvil Mining Ltd. prior to its sale to Minmetals Resources.

William Pennell, Director

Mr. Pennell’s career in minerals exploration spans 39 years.  He served 18 years as a geologist with Getty Oil Company’s Minerals Exploration Department with responsibilities in the U.S.A., Philippines, Canada, Australia, and finally Ireland where he was Getty’s representative for minerals exploration and off-shore oil and gas ventures.  Mr. Pennell then joined U. S. Borax in 1985 and for 6 years, helped revitalize the company’s domestic borate exploration, and served as Exploration Manager for its Western U. S. precious metals program, prior to U. S. Borax’s merger into the Rio Tinto Group.  Over the subsequent 15 years, Mr. Pennell established and directed Rio Tinto’s successful, global Industrial Minerals exploration through a range of country offices including China, Serbia, Turkey, India, Spain, Argentina, Mexico and the U.S.A. He led divisions that discovered  economic deposits of talc (Spain), soda ash (Wyoming, Turkey), both kaolin and calcium carbonate in the U.S. as well as identifying economically attractive deposits of vermiculite (Uganda) and potash (Canada). However most significant to Pan Global  was his leadership of the teams that discovered borates  in Argentina, Serbia  and Bolivia, and the Jadar (lithium borate) deposit in Serbia, now in advanced studies by Rio Tinto. He retired as Rio Tinto’s Exploration Director for Industrial Minerals in 2006, and now resides in Nevada, serving on the Board of Trustees for the University of Nevada-Reno Foundation. Mr. Pennell received his Bachelor of Arts, Geology, degree from the University of California, Riverside in 1967.

Max Pinsky, LL.B, Corporate Secretary
 
Mr. Pinsky is a lawyer with over 20 years of practice experience, mainly in the corporate and securities areas.  He has a B.Sc. (Special) degree and an LL.B. degree from the University of Alberta.  Mr. Pinsky is a member of the Law Society of British Columbia.  He has considerable experience in assisting companies in all stages of planning and corporate development.  Mr. Pinsky has been a principal in several successful transactions in various businesses, including environmental engineering, oil and gas, and real estate. 

Christina Cepeliauskas, Chief Financial Officer
 
Ms. Cepeliauskas is a Certified General Accountant, having received her professional designation in 1992. She has over 15 years of financial accounting and treasury experience in the mineral exploration and mining industry. In addition to her position with Pan Global Resources Inc., Ms. Cepeliauskas is Chief Financial Officer of Eurasian Minerals Inc. and Reservoir Capital Corp., and also holds the volunteer position of Treasurer of the Board of Directors for Fraserside Community Services Society, an organization committed to helping people overcome challenges.
