Overview

Pan Global Resources Inc. is an emerging Lithium and Borates developer. Through early stage exploration of high quality targets in the Miocene sedimentary basins of the Balkans Project, the company expects to become a producer of Lithium and/or Borates. Global demand for lithium is expected to increase rapidly as lithium-based automobile batteries become an important alternative source of energy.

The company is supported by proven "minefinders" of these commodities in Serbia and Bosnia through its' option agreement with the private company Lithium Li. Our exploration is focussed on discrete target areas which will ensure rapid success through well developed and structured exploration programs using modern geophysical and drilling techniques in the first 12 to 18 months.

In the Balkans we currently hold approximately 642 square kilometres of prospective exploration ground and applications for more areas are underway.

Pan Global Resources Inc. plans to maximize shareholder value through the optimal exploration and development of new early stage opportunities in the Lithium and associated elements markets. Our initial foray into the Balkans, namely Serbia and Bosnia, has targeted Miocene age basins that have the obvious potential to host deposits similar to Rio Tinto's Jadar deposit which is located approximately 3km from our Jadar West project.

  • Earning up to 80% of selected Lithium and Borate projects held by Lithium Li´s in the Balkans

  • Complete a rapid and sound exploration program of geophysics including gravity and Magnetotellurics on the Balkans properties with the aim of generating drill targets by Q2 2011.

  • Begin drilling geophysical and geochemical anomalies in Q3 2011.

  • Review and claim other similar opportunities during the course of the above program.

  • If exploration results are positive and forthcoming we would expect to quickly generate resources to inferred status and ultimately with further studies complete a Feasibility Study on a reserve which would allow PGZ and Lithium Li to develop a new Lithium deposit in the Balkans.
